So I'm finally back in OZ. Finally, I can get my life together again (hehe) and get back on the bandwagon. I've just received my copy of Dec Out Magazine in the mail and boy was it...WOW!!! Ok, it's a little Vanity Fairish sans the two-page foldouts, but WOW nonetheless. This is the only time I've thought the OUT font on the cover actually worked. Of course we have my favourite and idol Francois Rousseau to thank for the cover, hence the clapping.

I've perused the insides and wondered who the Thank You 100 actually were. Those who are changing the route of our gay future and made our year so memorable. I still don't know half of them.hahaha (I'm soooo so not out there) But thanks people! Ok, so Francois is like a God, but after page after page of the same colour scheme, it got tiring. They should have been more Vanity Fairish.hahaha

I laughed at the nipple count in this issue. I loved Kathy Griffin's 10 Qs interview. (she's so funny) The design layouts are starting to really look great and a lot more mature and respectable. I guess that's the direction they're going for. They only now need to perfect the editor's page layout and voila...the Perfect Out!

Icon (Philippines)...

Finally the latest March issue of Icon magazine from the Philippines is out on the newstands with half-Brit half-Filipino model Jon Mullally on the cover. I think he's more appealling in person. The bigger news is that Icon mag has now turned bi. Bi-monthly that is, which should have the masa cheering on. Finally, more dosages of a respectable and reputable gay publication in the country on a more frequent basis.

Out March 07

I've just recieved my March issue of OUT magazine in the mail. Once again, I'm really digging the design layout inside the mag. It's just the covers that worries me, plus how the cover image isn't sharp enough. Though Guy Pierce is a fellow Australian, he's just not doing it for me.

DNA #86

Marco Dapper is making me drool over the new issue of Australia's DNA Magazine. Is it the innocence combined with his sense of maturity. Is it the longing face? What is it Marco that makes me want to say "I'm yours!"

Image Magazine (Thai) Feb Vol 20 No.2

Former MTV Asia DJ Utt graces the February issue of Thai magazine Image. I think he's a little on the thin side but heck, he's still gorgeous!!! In fact, for a DJ to do this kind of spread is very courageous. Not that it's not artistic...it's just leaning a little too much on the seductive. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Bring it on I say!

The second half of the spread entitled "Cotton Candy" was a hot shoot. The guy isn't really my type, but there is just something about him that would make me say "Yes!" Oh and there's just something about belts and swimwear that I just really like. Plus an underwear that says "I'm Virgin" is so hot!

la Repubblica delle Donne...

Wentworth Miller graces the cover of la Repubblica delle Donne magazine. He's not the pick of the month, but heck, is he scrumpcious in this shoot. There's something about the way he gayzes at you that makes you melt.

The mag had this ad with superhunks that I thought I throw in. Ok, so it would've been better if they had their shirts off...

Bent Magazine (Australia)

BENT magazine puts hotness Matt Green on the cover. I don't quite get the fuss. I used to see this in the news stands in Sydney all the time yet no one really paid much attention to it since it was a crappy magazine. Maybe they've infused some new blood, so now all the bloggers are talking. Either that or Matt's just really really hot, which he is. All I can say is, onya Pedro (of Naked Rugby League Calendar fame) . Proud of you mate! Source

W Magazine latest issue with Daniel Craig and Nicole Kidman on the cover has some hot photoshoot with the blokes of D&G. Their impressive bodies really took me by surprise. I just thought designers design and well, let go of the other menial jargons. But I see that they have other things to prove to the world. Bravo.
